Adults
Adult classes – adults can study on Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Morning classes range from deep study of particular Bible texts to the application of Biblical truths to daily living. Visitors are always warmly welcomed.
Intergenerational Learning Events
Who taught you about God when you were little? Can you see that person in your mind? Is the person older than you? Younger than you? Almost every adult will speak of a grandparent, a special aunt or uncle, an older relative who made a deep impression on them and taught them the rhythms of faith. We like to do the same thing at FPCH – mix the generations together to learn from each other. So from time to time, we mix it up.
Small Groups
Our small groups spring up around common interests. Some people are in Book Club, others have joined the Prayer Shawl ministry, still others are on the Golf Team or go with the Lunch Bunch for a time of food and fellowship. Some gather to pray together each week. Common interests, common bonds built up in time spent with each other. In the fall of 2007, we’ll start a series on figuring out the spiritual gifts God gives each of us and find some more small group interests from that. All it takes to start a small group is 2 or more interested people.

Bible Study
Weekday Bible study is Rev. Laura’s favorite activity. Have something you want to learn? See her to find out what we can learn together! The following link will give you the Presbyterian Daily Bible lectionary.
Daily Bible Reading
Brown Bag Bible Study
On the first and third Wednesdays of each month, a group of committed Christians gather together to eat their lunch and learn more about the Bible. If you are interested and have not previously attended, ask Rev. Laura about the possibility to join in.
How do I join?
We have visitors in worship every week. Some choose a more formal relationship with FPCH and ask to become members. New Member Seminars are scheduled throughout the year.
